Meditations

Meditations have been used by people around the world through out history for various reasons. Practicing meditation can help you over come mental and emotional issues, improve focus and concentration and even address physical issues. Meditating at least once a day can help lower stress levels. I use meditation for all of these reasons and more. Everyone can learn to mediate and I believe everyone should. Children are being taught to meditate with great success and with far reaching benefits. The meditations I’m sharing on this page average 30 minutes in length and cover a variety of topics. Use these various meditations as tools to help you in all aspects of your life.

 

Past Life Regression Mediation

If you believe in reincarnation as I do then you understand that we bring into every life experiences and issues from those past life’s. These issues, not unlike childhood traumas, can affect how we operate in this life. We use meditations like this to explore past life’s looking for these traumas, finding ways to over come them. In this past life meditation we follow our guides through a portal into a life that is relevant to our current one. Thirty minutes is not a long time to really explore any past life but it does give us a starting point. Use this meditation often to expose some of the major issues you may be facing in life. And if you would like to take more time and really explore a past life I am available for personal sessions from 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

When we become aware of how our bodies feel at any one moment we can then take control and direct our intention and our energies into that area. Be it simply to relax our shoulders or to send healing to a broken bone. In this meditation we do this and more.
